An experienced registered emergency nurse and qualified teacher with 23 years Royal Air Force experience in healthcare and education. Tony has an infectious personality, with a passion for developing personal growth. A qualified coach and mentor, Tony’s ambition now is to change the way first aid training is designed and delivered.

A passionate trainer, qualified coach and mentor with formal qualifications in leadership and team development. Nothing gives Sharon greater satisfaction than watching learner’s grow in skill, knowledge and confidence, she finds it a privilege to be part of that journey.

Simon is medical director for the Great North Air Ambulance Service and clinical advisor to the metropolitan police specialist operations unit.
